Horizon Radio Promotes the Mini Concrete Cows
Milton Keynes Horizon Radio and their presenters (Emma and Wes) were kind enough to really get on board this first release of Mini Concrete Cows and to help promote the sale of this first one hundred cows to raise money for the local Scouts. They mentioned the cows on the radio shows and gave away Mini Concrete Cow number 1 on air. They sent us a photo of Jim holding the No.1 cow and published the following article on their website.

Mini MK Cows
MK is renowned for it's concrete cows and now the Saints Scout Group in Bletchley are celebrating 100 years of Scouting and the 40th birthday of Milton Keynes by making 100 mini concrete cows that you can become the proud owner of.
The mini concrete cows are approximately 25 cm long, weight about 3.5 kg and will soon be seen in gardens across Milton Keynes and beyond. Their original cousins are life size and permanently displayed in a grassy field in Bancroft, Milton Keynes. These cure cows are limited edition and Emma and Wes managed to get their hands on number one to give away on air!
The remaining 99 cows go on general sale on 1 October at www.mkcows.com at prices starting from £10 each. All the profits will go to the Saints Scout Group in Bletchley.
Thank you to Milton Keynes Horizon Radio.
