Website PaymentsAll payments on this website are processed with PayPal. If you have a PayPal account then you click on the orange 'PayPal Checkout' button at the end of the process. If you don't have a PayPal account you click on the grey 'Check Out' button and you can still pay with all popular payment cards. (American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, and Union Pay.) Customised ProductsMany of our products can be customised to meet your specific needs. For example, cows can be painted different colours, different t-shirts can be designed, new mug designs, your logo can be printed on large versions of the Map of Milton Keynes. Please contact us to discuss your own custom MK Cows products. Returns PolicyIf you find the products you have purchased from us (via the website) are faulty and not fit for purpose, please contact us and we can arrange for you to return your item. We can then inspect the product and determine if a replacement can be provided at no cost. You cannot return a product if it is an item of clothing that has already been worn, or if you have damaged a product through careless handling and accident. If you have a problem with any of our products purchased from one of our stockists or agents please return the item to them. |
Delivery in the UKThe UK delivery costs for all online orders are calculated based on the total value of the order and the standard Royal Mail postage rates. Sometimes items (especially custom products) will be delivered by hand by our staff. In most cases these items will be wrapped with sufficient protection for hand delivery only and will not be protected for shipping on to new destinations without additional protection. If you have need for specific shipping requirements please contact us and we will see what can be done. Orders to be shipped outside the UK will require additional postage costs and this will be communicated and have payment arranged before being shipped. Concrete Cows are Works of Art NOT ToysPlease note that the hand made Mini Concrete Cows are really works of art and not toys. When dropped or knocked against other objects they have a high risk of damage. |
