Major System Reset
During the testing a few of these devices seemed to switch into a mode of faulty operation. The problematic symptoms included:
- Only one relay being allowed to switch at one time. When selecting another (either with the pcb switches or on the app) the previous selection would be cancelled.
- The 'All On' button on the app would not operate.
- A single relay could be switched at a time and it would switch on and then immediately switch off.
The solution to these errors was to do a major reset of the device and then re-enrol it. To do this you power on the device and then hold the Mode switch down for about 12 seconds. Then enrol the device again and it should work properly.
